Senior year is such a beautiful, bittersweet season of life. It’s that in between space where you’re standing with one foot in childhood and the other reaching toward everything that’s next.
These photographs are about so much more than checking a box for the yearbook. They’re about documenting you—your personality, your style, and the things that make you feel most like yourself in this moment.
Whether that looks like wandering through the woods, exploring downtown, dancing barefoot in a field, bringing along your dog, your guitar, your favorite books, or grabbing coffee at the place you spend every weekend, I want your session to feel like you.
If you’ve ever thought, “I’m awkward in front of the camera,” I promise, you don’t have to know how to pose. My job isn’t to make you look like someone else. It’s to help you feel comfortable enough that your real personality shines through.

What if I’m awkward in front of the camera?
Perfect. Honestly, most people tell me this before we meet.
My job isn’t to make you “look good.” My job is to make you feel comfortable enough that you forget about the camera. We’ll walk, talk, laugh, explore, and before you know it you’ll be completely in the moment. Those are the photographs you’re really after anyway.

What should I wear?
Wear something that feels like you.
Neutrals, textures, and layers always photograph beautifully, but the most important thing is that you feel confident and comfortable. I’ll send you plenty of guidance beforehand, and if you’re deciding between outfits, send me photos! I’m always happy to help.

Can I bring multiple outfits?
Absolutely! Most seniors bring two or three outfits. I usually recommend including something casual, something a little dressier, and something that really reflects your personality or hobbies.

How do we choose a location?
This might be my favorite part.
Sure, we can go somewhere beautiful. But I’d rather photograph somewhere meaningful.
Think about the places you’ll miss someday.

The baseball field.
The dance studio.

The mountain you’ve hiked a hundred times.

What if it rains?

If the weather isn’t giving us what we’re hoping for, we’ll decide together whether to embrace it (some of my favorite sessions have happened in less-than-perfect weather) or reschedule for another day.

When will I receive my photos?
Your gallery is typically delivered within 2–4 weeks.
You’ll receive a private online gallery where you can download your images, order professional prints, and share them with family and friends.

Can I print my photos anywhere?
Absolutely.
Every image includes printing rights, which means you’re welcome to print them wherever you’d like. I also offer beautiful professional prints and heirloom albums directly through your gallery if you’re looking for something extra special.

Absolutely! Depending on the collection you choose and how far apart the locations are, we can absolutely tell your story in more than one place.

You don’t have to.
I’ll guide you every step of the way, but don’t expect stiff poses or forced smiles. I’ll give you just enough direction so you feel comfortable, then let the real moments happen.

Do you retouch photos?
Every image receives professional editing for color, light, and consistency.
If you wake up with a surprise pimple or a little scratch, don’t worry—I take care of temporary blemishes. My goal is for you to look like your best self, not like someone else.

Life happens.
If something comes up, just let me know as soon as you can. We’ll work together to find another date whenever possible.
