Adelsheim Winery brought in Hunt & Gather Catering for an annual event they host showing appreciation to the people who make their winery possible. It was a lovely evening of music and laughter but Hunt & Gather Catering stole the show hands down. I've never been so excited to watch an evening of food unfold. This video does not show the beautiful appetizers after cocktail hour or the beautiful pies and home made ice-cream at the end of the night but trust me, Chef Andrew Biggs does not miss a beat. All his dishes were filled with local ingredients, the seafood boil cooked right over the fire putting the most amazing smells in the air. The crew was professional and kind. It was truly an honor to see them create such a beautiful evening. They are true masters of their craft. If you need a catering company that will add some fireworks to the production of your event, they are it.
